The ability can be used to manipulate both food and drink. It can be used to create food and therefore would be useful if someone was starving or malnourished. It can be used offensively too, forcing food into someone's mouth so that they choke, or creating food that someone is allergic to. It can be used to heal poisoning, if applied quickly enough, because it can turn the poison into edible food. It can be used to force food to spoil, or to revert spoilage.
