Tsivilni Forbound 'Oshenna (or short: That Forbound) is an organization based in Oceana that consists of civilians and has the protection of Oceana citizens as main goal. The original Forbound was a pure defensive organization and had about 240 members as of October 24, 2011. If necessary they could operate across the Sylvania-Oceana border. That Forbound had been created as a reaction to the Lovian Civil War.
