The Imperial Senate is the legislative body of the Imperial Dominion of Prussia. One hundred Senators, one from each district of Prussia, are democratically elected by the citizens every two years. These Senators represent the people and their needs in each district through the creation and repeal of legislation. While the Senate does have legislative power, the Chief of General Staff has the power to veto decisions made by it. If necessary, he may also choose to suspend it.
