Chula was a Romulan vessel in the 22nd century. It participated in the Battle of Cheron. After entering the Cheron system, it was one of the vessels assigned to attack the Defiant. Eventually after heavy damage, the vessel's commander, Byrn, refused to surrender and ordered the self destruct implemented. (ST reference: Federation: The First 150 Years)
