This puzzle is the only one missing a podium. The Click Clock Wood puzzle is located near the entrance to Treasure Trove Cove. Only 50 notes are required to access the puzzle room, but you still need 640 notes to access the level, whose area contains a switch that activates the podium. There is a Warp Cauldron located in the tunnel of the Click Clock Wood atrium, which will transport you close to the puzzle room.
