The Class XVI was a Mass-tonnage, from 350,000 to 400,000 of the Metric system, one of the most prominent being the Galaxy-Class Heavy Explorer, a once-unthinkable Mass Range, that only a few of the most advanced ranges of engine could even touch, and after the routinization of later tech, from mostly Excelsior-Class starships, this Class was the target of in increasing number of techs, new Classes, and all-new ambitious theories.
