Stand-Off Between Metro Police Department Detective Marshal Collins and Brian Matthews is a stand-off that occurred in November 2007 in which Metro Police Department Detective Marshal Collins engaged in a stand-off against fugitive Brian Matthews. The stand-off ended with Collins being arrested after Collins unknowingly revealed that he was the man who set up Matthews for the convenience robbery and who also killed his partner, Ronald Keenan.
