The Oak Twig is one of two poles you can choose to use when you begin Wahwahport - the other is the Kiddie Standard. The poles, originally costing higher on the day of release, started at the old values you see. Both Wahwah Poles were 1 million gold each and decreased every hour by 8k. The addons decreased an additional 2k per add-on after each hour(10-14k).
