The Castle Of Evil Spirits is a location that appears in the comic book story "The Haunted Castle" (which is not to be confused with the Johan And Peewit episode of the same name). It is where the Black Rose that the Smurfs need to cure Papa Smurf of an illness is located. It is protected by the sorcerer Magnificus, who tests his visits to see if their hearts are pure before they take the Black Rose, and is patrolled by various creatures such as ghosts, spiders, and skeletons.
