Zandalar trolls are the progenitor race from which other trolls came. (MG 138) They are just as large and strong as ice trolls. Zandalari are not jungle trolls. (MG 138) The Zandalar tribe is the only known tribe to include Zandalar trolls. The Zandalar tribe is made up of members of the jungle troll and Zandalar troll races.[citation needed] The tribe is lead by a jungle troll, Rastakhan. (DF 167) Zandalar trolls average eight feet in height and are significantly larger than all other trolls with the exception of the Drakkari in Northrend. (DF 166)
