Harris was a United States Marine working at the checkpoint of the U.S. Embassy in London during Day 9. When Jack Bauer attempted to gain access to the embassy, Harris's partner gave him Bauer's ID to check. Harris reported that Bauer was not on the system, but at that moment Jack ran off and incited a panic amongst the protesters outside the embassy gate.
