Blachorn is the most-populous city of Telf. It is ruled by Duchess Rossa Rooden from the ducal seat of Tarsday Tower. Witewing is the other city; both are named in honor of Calthoss the Shadow & the Shine. Blachorn sits to the east of Laklol's Pyre, a peninsula so-named after a Farwestern Great Emperor of the Stone, set ablaze there after an attempted invasion, Laklol III Gayush. In Farwestern it is named Prekal Laklolkosh, literally "Burning-Death-Shadow Laklol-Peninsula." Blachorn is the larger of the two cities ruled by Rossa, and wealthier of the two.
