Hamburger Packages 1 pound (or more) hamburger meat 1 medium onion, sliced into rings 1-2 medium potatoes, sliced into discs Make as many hamburger patties as you want to serve. Place each one on its own square of aluminum foil. Season to taste. On top of each patty, place a few rings of onion and several slices of potato. Fold up the aluminum foil like you're wrapping a present, so it won't leak, and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes or to desired doneness.
