The Karlatt system was a star system in the Galactic Core, a quarter hour via hyperspace from Coruscant. It contained three inhabited planets: Karlatt, Yasla, and Ymura. A notable space battle happened in the system. The AI's droid-manned fleet, gathered around the moon of the planet Karlatt, engaged both Imperial and Rebel armadas. When the droids were freed from their slavery by the destruction of the AI, the droid fleet abandoned the system. The Imperials later falsely blamed the droid revolt on the Rebel Alliance.
