Fleet Admiral Vasily Harkovsky was a UNSC fleet admiral and the commanding officer of all UNSC forces during the first half of the Human-Covenant War. He died in 2539 following plasma wounds he sustained when his ship was boarded by the Covenant at the Battle of Kholo. After his death, he was replaced by Fleet Admiral Lord Terrance Hood.
