Tristan Foster is the husband of Maisie Wylde and best friend to her brother, Nathan. Tristan arrives in the village, following a call from his mother-in-law Natasha. Maisie tells Nathan that she is growing fed up of Tristan's precise and tidy behaviour. However, she changes her mind and says she will go home with Tristan. While they are driving out of the village, Maisie changes her mind and gets out the car, and Tristan drives away.
