Merell is a son of a bastard, and holds equal status as his father does -- however, his captivating voice and instrument-playing has lessened the stigma against him. Since the creation of the Paragons twelve years ago, Merell has traveled across the world to play for another inn or tavern. Merell's band is by far one of the most famous on both continents, and will often frequent the same venue twice to play for fans once more. As of late, he has felt withdrawn and isolated from his fellow band-mates, and has taken to frequenting bars, often playing some sort of contraption he created from a broken-down lute. Merell is known for experimenting with his sound, and this is one of the reasons why he is so renowned.
