In all maps of Call of Duty: World at War, there's a half-broken hand holding the Power Switch. In Mob of the Dead, there are multiple power switches, which individually power up a Perk, Utility or opens something, such as a cell to reach a Power Up, or the door to the laundry room. The only way to activate them is to shoot electricity at the volt panel, which will power them up.
