Billy DeCoster is a former NASCAR driver from Basking Ridge, NJ. He competed in two Sprint Cup Series events in his career. Both of those races came in 1965, when DeCoster debuted at Daytona, racing in the Daytona 500 qualifier event. Starting 8th in the field, DeCoster crashed on the first lap and his 17th place finish eliminated his chances of making the 500. He made up for that by having a solid effort in his other career race, finishing 11th at Atlanta.
