So at most, this gives it a 3% damage boost over the chaotic staff, which has identical stats otherwise. The attuned crystal staff degrades during use. Each staff has 50,000 charges and consumes 2 charges for every auto attack, ability used or hit taken. If used in Prifddinas it will only consume 1 charge, lasting twice as long.
