Waydon Endrin remains one of the most popular historical figures in the Varisian city of Korvosa. Originally a marine sergeant in Admiral Kiameleu's failed expedition, he was promoted by Field Marshal Korvosa, put in charge of the defense of Fort Korvosa, and eventually went on to found the famed Sable Company marines.
