Eric Norman Frankland Bell VC (28 August 1895 – 1 July 1916) was born in Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, Ireland and was a British recipient of the Victoria Cross, the highest and most prestigious award for gallantry in the face of the enemy that can be awarded to British and Commonwealth forces.
