Phil Dunbar was an Underworld client who cancelled a meeting with Carla Connor after being offered better terms by Frank Foster, but agreed to see her after Carla renegotiated. Dunbar signed a deal with her on the spot after she bettered Frank's offer, but she was short of money and staff and closed the factory after the workforce complained about Carla asking them to work unpaid for a few weeks. Carla's sister-in-law Michelle persuaded her to re-open the factory and stormed round to Frank's factory to ask the workers to come back to Underworld after they went to work for him. She then took over running the factory whilst Carla went to Los Angeles. Dunbar then arrived at the factory to check on his order and Michelle managed to convince him that it was in safe hands.
