The Rocket Franchise is a coalition of small-time villainous teams who have recently begun to refer to themselves as Team Rocket in hopes of utilizing the infamy of the actual Team Rocket's to intimidate the public and the authorities alike. Last but not least, the Rocket Franchise plots to reinvent the portable Snag Machine and then market it to villainous teams across the globe.
