The Communal Democracy (CDE) is an agrarian and separatist political party in Rutania. The party was founded on 8 March 3700 as the political wing of the Agrarian Confederation, one of the larger peasants' unions in the country. Unlike most other parties in Rutania, the CDE has no formal leader, but is rather led by a council of delegates, representing each of the local chapters of the organisation. These delegates traditionally function as a form of collective leadership.
