Presumably Edna hated video arcades and likely did not see a business like Starbase Zero as one that would "fit" in her idea of a utopia, as Starbase Zero is not seen in 1986B and the Wild Gunman arcade cabinet is found among contraband in the decycling bin. As many parents of the 1980s felt video arcades were breeding grounds for truancy and where bad men frequented, presumably First Citizen Brown shut down Starbase Zero in an effort to rid Hill Valley of bad influences. In 1931, the location was occupied by Billiards Parlor.
