A circus arrives at Acmetropolis. The show features rare and unique animals, however, unknown to most people, the animals are composed of human and animal DNA. The Ringmaster is revealed to be behind all this. Attempting to stop the Ringmaster, the Loonatics are captured and are transformed, and they must find a way to turn themselves back to normal, and stop the evil Ringmaster.
