Little Angel was a young girl who was first seen at the airport just seconds before Devon Watkins was struck by a taxi and rendered unconscious while also suffering a broken leg. Nurse Carly Marcano who worked at Monroe University Hospital saw the girl again when Watkins coded, eventually dying and as such, Marcano, the only one who had seen the girl began to believe that the Little Angel in question was actually the Angel of Death which was eventually proven true as no-one else ever saw the young girl.
