The DXW Global Women's Championship is the top women's championship in the Destruction of Xtreme Wrestling fantasy wrestling promotion. The first champion was determined in a tournament format. Sara Sheppard-Daniels defeated Cassie Cage in the finals of the tournament to become the first champion on November 29, 2015 at Thanksgiving Takeover. The current champion is Jackinna, who defeated Revy on August 7, 2016 at SummerBash.
