The shirt-jacket or shirt has front button closing, notched collar, long set-in sleeves pleated to buttoned cuffs, optional button trimmed shoulder tabs and self fabric or purchased belt. The shirt-jacket or shirt maybe made with either two or four button trimmed flap pockets.
