Muriel Corwin was a Human female who lived during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the resurgent Sith Empire. In 3643 BBY her brother, the "Durasteel Duke" Corwin unexpectedly died and Vala Organa convinced Muriel to impersonate her brother using a holographic disguise to prevent a blow to the morale of House Organa. However, a bounty hunter participant of the Great Hunt confronted Muriel, forcing her to reveal her true identity and the death of her brother, which by then happened over a month ago.
