The Imperial Parliament was the ruling body of the Star Empire of Manticore, located on the planet Manticore in the system of the same name. Representatives would be sent from both the Talbott Quadrant and the Old Star Kingdom, which included the planet San Martin and the protectorates in Basilisk and Endicott. (SI2)
