The dwarf bantha or miniature bantha was a subspecies of bantha which originated on Tatooine. It was much smaller and more skittish than the common bantha. The dwarf bantha lived in the canyons and cliffs of the outer deserts on Tatooine. The dwarf bantha was less furry than its larger and more well known cousin, the common bantha. Ebenn Q3 Baobab and Pookie Baobab had a pet dwarf bantha called Nuke.
