The Forever Alpha series by Andrew Caruthers is a six-part series of crossover science fiction novels involving Forever Knight, Space: 1999, and Battlestar Galactica. In the first novel, Nick Knight and Natalie Lambert are living on Moonbase Alpha when it leaves Earth orbit. In the course of the rest of the series, the Alphans encounter the Cylons.
