The SR-8 Sub-Repeating Blaster was designed by the Elysian Armory for use in the various Jalyn defense forces. The weapon was based on a heavy hitting light repeater built onto a compact frame. The weapon hit hard at short range shredding armor and stopping light vehicles in their tracks. The system also had a superior rate of fire to comparable weapons and a high ammunition capacity based off its over-sized power pack. The SR-8 has has a fire selector allowing the weapon to be fired semi-automatic, burst, or fully automatic.
