The Ygorin-class corvette was first designed by Chyornov Combat Systems in 13 BBY, but was redesigned numerous times before finally going into production during the JvS RP era. It served as the basis for CCS' Vigilant Shadow corvettes. With a slight modification of the size and shape of the indentations, the Ygorin-class could be configured to carry one or more Acheron-class assault ships. This was often done for defensive purposes.
