The Army Portfolio Management Solution-Army Information Technology Registry (APMS-AITR) is the Army's single authoritative registry for IT investments, IT capabilities, and IT systems. The APMS-AITR module is used to manage the mission-critical, mission-essential, and mission support systems reported to the OSD, OMB, and Congress.
