Queen Ruby is the false identity Ex-Queen Scarlet used to hide her daughter, Queen Tourmaline. Feeling that her throne was being threatened, Scarlet had Chameleon make a spell, using Darkstalker's Talisman, that would change Tourmaline into Ruby, making the ambitious princess more shy and intimidated by her mother. Ruby then was given the false memories of Tourmaline.
