IG-159 was a master sergeant IG-100 MagnaGuard droid under the service of General Grievous in the CIS. He was stationed on Hypori for most of the Clone Wars. In the final days of the Republic, he was sent to Utapau and partnered with fellow Magna Guard IG-822. They fought many clones during the battle, and 159 was destroyed when an engineer shot him.
