Chris Bradley A.K.A(Bolt) is a friend and a ex-colleague of Wolverine. He is shown to have the power over electricity such as light bulbs as shown when Victor visited him. When Bolt left the army he joined the circus and set up a game where he used his superpower to make it impossible to beat and a man who tried the game called it a rip-off. Later whilst Bolt was relaxing,the door rings in which Victor enters and ends up killing Bolt after Bolt tells Victor that he is not scared of him.
