Water Sleeps is a flag on the Cerulean Ocean originally of the Midnight Ocean. It was founded on August 18, 2004 by Kestrel, captain of the crew Punintended Consequences. The flag captured Beta Island on October 9th, 2004, and proceeded to colonize and govern the island until October 26th, 2008. By the late 2009's Water Sleeps had managed to re establish itself and captured Meke Island on Aug 9. But this momentum would not last, October 4, the flag tried to retake Beta Island and had failed. This failure would be the final wound. The next couple months saw the alliances between the crews fall apart and one by one the crews all left Water Sleeps.
