Kopaka's Ice Blades were his Toa Tools as a Toa Nuva on Mata Nui, along with his Ice Shield. As with most original Nuva weapons it could be wielded in three ways - two weapons in two hands, one weapon in one hand, or as a mode of transportation. The Ice Blades were usually used in the single-weapon configuration, because he needed to carry his shield as well. When attached to his feet, Kopaka's Ice Blades became skis. Later he replaced them with a Blizzard Blade when he received his Adaptive Armor.
