Penn State Has Won 21 NCAA Titles, Has 90 Percent Graduation Rate Under Curley's Leadership UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Penn State's Tim Curley has been selected a finalist for the Sports Business Athletic Director of the Year. Curley is a two-time recipient of NACDA's Northeast Region AD of the Year for the Football Bowl Subdivision. The 2005-06 NACDA President, Curley previously won the NACDA regional AD honor in 2003 and `09. Since March 2007, Penn State has won 10 NCAA Championships, from five different sports, the highest total of any institution in the nation.
