Clark was born in Denver, Colorado. He mainly served as a production assistant on feature films such as Young Guns II (1990, with Christian Slater and Alan Ruck), Tombstone (1993), Stargate (1994), Tank Girl (1995, starring Lori Petty, Malcolm McDowell, and Iggy Pop), An Unfinished Affair (1996, with Leigh Taylor-Young), three of the Hard Time television movies (1998-1999, with Jack Sheldon), and the film Jack's Family Adventure.
