Tommie James Frazier, Jr., (born July 16, 1974), is a former American college and professional football player who was an award-winning quarterback for the University of Nebraska. Frazier is widely considered to be one of the best players in the history of college football despite being hampered by injuries for his entire career. Frazier was not drafted by the NFL due to a blood clot in his left leg, a side effect of Crohn's disease.
