Camp Charlie-Seven was a prisoner of war camp on the planet Haven, located on a relatively small island in the Vaillancourt Sea. Many personnel of the Star Kingdom of Manticore's military captured during the Havenite-Manticoran Wars were held there. They were given a lot of freedom in the management of the camp; Commodore Arlo Turner served as the de-facto commanding officer, with Lieutenant Colonel Ivan McGregor as his adjutant and commander of the internal police service.
