After Xena and Gabrielle travel to the northern Amazon village to make Eve an Amazon Princess, they learn that their dear friends Yakut and Amarice have been killed by raiding nomads. Gabrielle takes up the mantle of Queen to help rebuild the tribe and keep them from seeking pointless vengeance.
