Tagizade was a representative of the government of Azerbaijan featured in Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction. Tagizade was observed trying to buy missiles off of former GRU colonel Leonid Bykhov, working for Major General Kerzhakov, in the Russian Embassy in Baku, Azerbaijan. Unfortunately, after some disagreements, Bykhov betrayed Tagizade and ordered his men to kill him and his assistant.
