Armories are military buildings in Tropico 3 and Tropico 4. Armories serve as storage buildings for Tropico's military vehicles, hardware, and weapons, all of which are under guard by generals. Besides army bases, building armories is the only way to get enough generals for guard stations. In Tropico 4: Modern Times, armories become obsolete in 1970, when they're replaced by SWAT HQs.
