Jonathan Todd Ross (also known as Todd Garbeil) is a New York-based voice actor who has lent his voice to a few characters in Pokémon beginning in Season 6 up until 4Kids lost the license. He returned to the series during the XY seasons as Weston. Ross is best known outside of Pokémon as the voice of Marik Ishtar in Yu-Gi-Oh!
